  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch or more chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp or more curry powder

  • Place drained edamame in a bowl. Add oil and spices and toss to cover it well.
  • Put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in preheated static oven at 220 °C for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down slightly before serving.
