Ingredients
  

  • 80 g almonds
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 120 g condensed milk
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt optional
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions: Condensed milk and almond cookies

  • Grind the almonds coarsely. In a mixing bowl put the almonds, melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Add sifted flour and baking powder and, if you like a mix of sweet and salty, a pinch of salt.
  • Stir everything briefly to mix all the ingredients. Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Create about 20 small balls, press gently each ball between your palms and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
