Oven roasted spicy cauliflower
This tasty vegetable side dish is easy and quick to prepare. It will not only please cauliflower fans but also many vegetable lovers thanks to the addition of spices that makes it particularly fragrant and flavorful.

- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp smoked or sweet paprika
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 tsp (or to taste) chili powder
Oven roasted spicy cauliflower Directions
- Rinse the cauliflower, dry it, remove hard core and divide into florets. Cut each floret in half and place them in a bowl. Pour over 2 tablespoons of oil and add all the spices. Toss the vegetable until all the florets are well covered with oil - spice mix.
That's the way I make it but I prefer spices like rosemary and thyme. - Bea Cook
