Homemade honey mustard


Have you ever tasted honey mustard? This delicious, sweet and sour sauce can be prepared at home in a few minutes. It goes well with raw vegetables, cheese, crackers and breadsticks, but also with smoked salmon or other type of fish.

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 0.25 tsp parprika
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Homemade honey mustard Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a hand whisk or with a spoon until all ingredients are well combined.

  2. Hold the mustard in the container with a lid or cover the bowl with some plastic wrap. Keep in the refrigerator for up to a month and serve as needed.
