Baked sweet potato chips
These American sweet potato chips are just great! Crispy and tasty, all they need is a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Fast and easy appetizer with sweet potatoes. Delicious and healthy finger food.

- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- your favorite spices to taste (optional)
Baked sweet potato chips Directions
- Peel the sweet potatoes. Using a mandoline slicer or a very sharp knife, slice it as thin as possible (2-3 mm). Add a spoonful of olive oil, a big pinch of salt and if you like you can add some spices (rosemary, paprika, cayenne pepper) and toss to cover it well. Cover the baking tray with the baking paper and spread them in a single layer on the baking tray.
