Baked sweet potato chips
These American sweet potato chips are just great! Crispy and tasty, all they need is a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Fast and easy appetizer with sweet potatoes. Delicious and healthy finger food.

- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- your favorite spices to taste (optional)
Baked sweet potato chips Directions
- Peel the sweet potatoes. Using a mandoline slicer or a very sharp knife, slice the sweet potatoes uniformly thin as possible (2-3 mm). Toss the slices with a spoonful of olive oil, a big pinch of salt and if you like you can add some spices (rosemary, paprika, cayenne pepper). Cover the baking tray with the baking paper and spread them in a single layer on the baking tray.
